Fully self-generated, no ERCOT interconnection, no queue dependency. Schedule controlled entirely on site.

Secured gas supply path under a private use network. Load ramp starting around 800 MW and scaling to 2.6 GW.

450 MW ERCOT request submitted, with anticipated inclusion in Batch One (confirmation expected 2027) through Bluebonnet and LCRA. Available if you want it, not required.

Minimal water
draw.

Heavy water consumption in data centers is a hallmark of legacy evaporative cooling. Texas Gigapark is planned around closed-loop cooling instead.

Closed-loop cooling recirculates water rather than evaporating it, keeping ongoing municipal draw close to zero.

An on-campus technical training center covers every data center role, from skilled trades through operations, management, and engineering, drawing workforce from both the Austin and San Antonio labor markets. NCCER and Uptime Institute accreditations are in progress.
